We collect only what is necessary for you to study: your name, email, phone number, where you live, and your learning difficulties. We also save your progress on the platform (messages, flashcards, and grades) to help you evolve.
2. How we use your data
We use your information only to: personalize the teaching of the AI Tutor; create exercises that help you where you have the most difficulty; process your payments and talk to you when necessary.
3. Your data is safe
We store everything on protected servers. We use modern technologies to ensure that no one sees your conversations or personal data.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your data to anyone. We only share the basics with Google (to make the AI work) and with Stripe (so you can pay by card).
5. Cookies
We use small files in your browser only so you don't have to log in every time and for the site to load faster. We don't track what you do outside of our site.
6. Your Rights (LGPD/GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to see, change, or request to delete your data at any time. Just contact us via official email.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as you are a student with us. If you ask to delete your account, we erase everything within 30 days.
