1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Limia Learning platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Limia Learning is an intelligent learning platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to offer tutoring, automatic flashcards, reinforcement quizzes, and exercise analysis. The service is intended for students of all education levels.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use the platform, you must create an account providing true and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The use of temporary or disposable emails is not permitted.
4. Credits and Payments
The platform operates on a credit system. Credits can be purchased through individual packs or monthly subscription plans. Each study cycle (Tutor + Quiz + Flashcard) consumes 1 credit. Credits purchased in individual packs do not expire. Subscription credits are renewed monthly and are non-cumulative. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by AI during tutoring sessions belongs to the user for personal educational purposes. The brand, design, and technology of Limia Learning are the exclusive property of the company. Commercial reproduction of the platform's content or methodology is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Limia Learning offers AI-assisted tutoring as a learning support tool. The platform does not replace teachers, educational institutions, or official teaching materials. We do not guarantee specific academic results. Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies and should always be verified by the user.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes. It is prohibited to: use the platform to generate answers for exams or academic assignments with fraudulent intent; share your account with third parties; attempt to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the system.
8. Account Termination
You may request the termination of your account at any time. Limia Learning reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. In case of voluntary termination, unused credits will not be refunded.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
